We stayed here for a night and had a smooth check-in experience. The receptionist was friendly and provided us with information about the hotel's amenities, including the wifi and breakfast. Although we were given a different room than the one we booked, it turned out to be even better - it was spacious and had a bathtub. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly cozy. We also found the staff to be kind and helpful.

As for the location, it was perfect for us as we wanted to be away from the busy tourist areas. However, if you're planning to visit attractions like Hoan Kiem lake or the old quarters, it might not be the most convenient.

We only stayed at Halais for one night during our trip from Sapa. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a different, bigger room with a bathtub. The WiFi connection was excellent, allowing us to work without any issues. The hotel also had a lovely café on the ground floor, perfect for meetings. The spacious room and comfortable bed were great value for money, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful, storing our luggage and arranging airport transfers. a beautiful hotel with immaculate rooms and exceptional service.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived, there was construction noise outside our room, but the hotel quickly moved us to a quieter room on the opposite side. Their service was absolutely outstanding!

Spent my Xmas here and had a great time. The breakfast selection was varied, with options for everyone, including vegetarians like me. The location was central and perfect for exploring the city by foot. the staff was friendly and helpful, always eager to assist me with anything I needed.

The noise from the street in the early mornings made it hard to sleep-in. , although the room was clean, I noticed that there was some faint smell of smoke that may bother some guests.
